Realization

The automatic warehouse consists of a stacker crane warehouse for the storage of pallets and containers and some vertical warehouses with trays for the storage of components.

The warehouses are managed in a totally integrated way by a single centralized system: whSystem through which supervision and diagnostics are managed through the WCS module and the warehouse management processes through the WMS module of which the interface on radio frequency terminals has also been implemented for the acceptance of the goods and the generation of the UDC subsequently stored in the warehouse.

In parallel with the implementation of WMS/WCS for automated warehouse management, a data collection system for pump testing was also developed. This software, which runs on RF terminals, interfaces with a set of sensors to collect, normalize and historicize the data detected during testing.
